Resurrected Tunes!

Several favorite Keaggy tunes were rudely yanked from the original records when CD's were reissued for them many years later. I dug out these LP's and ripped the ones I have for all of our listening pleasure. Perhaps someday there will be enough to cut a Resurrected Tunes CD.

Selah - This instrumental, where Phil plays seven acoustic guitars, is a treasured part of Ted Sandquist's Courts of the King album from 1977. The liner notes say, "Our ears should be prepared to hear Him in times of worship. You may use Selah -- a momentary pause -- for this."
Gentle Eyes - This beautiful ballad closes the Emerging (1977) album.
Send Out Your Light And Truth - A truly groovin' tune, co-written by Ted Sandquist (coincidence?), from the 1980 Ph'lip Side album. It was replaced by In Your Keep on the CD reissue.

I'll never forget this concert moment. It was at Eastern College (St. David's, PA) on 2/23/1990. The video was captured (with Phil's permission) by the true PK junkie, Mark Sutherland himself. You will NOT regret this download ;) As the concert begins, you see M.C. Jeff McRobbie hop on stage and whisper something in Phil's ear...
